Our training courses

Media relations training

  • Explain media relations today, what they are used for, why they are used, with what other expertise / what other know-how to combine them with (e.g. SR)….
  • Get a better grasp of how they work by discovering and understanding the French media ecosystem and journalists.
  • Knowing, understanding and knowing how to ‘play’ with the right media relations tools: what works, what no longer works? Why, how…?

Mediatraining

  • Knowing how to be and speak in front of a journalist & getting your messages across.
  • Work on your presentation / language elements (know how to present your company, also know how to present yourself in one sentence, in 2 minutes…).
  • Be able to avoid pitfalls/unwanted questions, get key messages across…
  • Be able to respond to both a ‘traditional’ interview and a TV or radio interview.

Social Media & digital training

    • Dedicated presentation to a team (3 to 10 people) of the different social platforms, their differences, mechanics, uses and best practices.
      NB: the training can focus on a single platform (e.g. TikTok or LinkedIn)

Social Media Leadership / Executive Coaching training course

  • Coaching sessions dedicated to a manager (or a management team) with: presentations of the platforms, mechanics, uses, best practices then exercises, creation of an ad hoc editorial line and a ‘3min a day’ programme.

Social Team training

  • Over the long term (6 months), support in building the skills of an in-house social media team through weekly consultancy, structuring, organisation, tools and strategic vision.

Web copywriting and SEO training

  • Training in the basics of SEO (natural referencing) and best practice in web copywriting (web page, blog article, etc.) and delivery of a guide with an operational checklist.

Influencers / Content creators training

  • What are the differences between Influencers and Content Creators?
  • What are the trends and best practices?
  • What are the pitfalls to avoid? Focus on legislation / legal issues.
  • How to put in place an influencer strategy tailored to your brand and objectives?
  • How to identify and find the right influencers/content creators
  • How to work with them (with a legislative focus)? The do’s and don’ts?
  • How do you analyse the impact?

Sensitive communication awareness training

  • The difference between bad buzz and crisis?
  • Where can it start? How/by whom? How can it be detected quickly?
