In March 2023 we changed our recycling policy partner.
We now work with Les Joyeux Recycleurs for the recycling of paper/cardboard and coffee grounds. We’ve given up our Nespr…. machine and its pods in favour of a bean-to-cup machine.

We also use Cawatoès who supply us with organic coffee every 2 months.

Our CSR manifesto: the ‘Hummingbird’s Share’

In a world faced with immense environmental, social and societal challenges, at Profile we adopt an approach inspired by the legend of the hummingbird. According to this parable, faced with a forest fire, every animal, paralysed by the scale of the disaster, stands aside, except for the little hummingbird. The hummingbird does all it can to put out the fire, drop by drop. When asked about the effectiveness of his actions, he simply replies: ‘I’m doing my bit’.

According to Jennifer, our CSR Director, our philosophy is to ‘do our bit!’

At Profile, we believe that, like the hummingbird, every contribution counts, no matter how small. We are committed to doing our part to build a more sustainable and equitable future, within our ecosystem, within society. This conviction guides our mission, our values and our daily actions with all our stakeholders.

Active agencies CSR label

A fine reward for the agency in 2022
Profile has been awarded the Agences Actives CSR label, a process assessed by AFNOR Certification.

This label was designed by the AACC and adapted to our PR professions by the Syndicat du Conseil en Relations Publics (SCRP).
We are proud of our 2 ⭐️ ratings, which recognise the agency’s confirmed level of low social and environmental risk.

RSE Agences Actives (based on the international ISO 26000 standard) is a labelling process that measures the level of commitment of agencies to CSR on four major themes:
– vision and governance
– service delivery
– human resources and social aspects
– the agency’s environmental impact.

It’s a process of progress that will be measured again in 2 years’ time, enabling us to go even further!
It’s up to us to earn a third star ⭐️ and to continue to share these values with all Profilers 😘

Diversity Charter

For more than 20 years, we have been committed to fighting discrimination of any kind. We have always promoted gender equality, non-discrimination in recruitment and internal promotion without any distinction other than skills.

At Profile, we are deeply convinced that diversity is an asset and that it only strengthens the cohesion and performance of our company.

We are also convinced that diversity represents a major economic and social challenge.

Signing the Diversity Charter has enabled us to formalise these long-standing commitments and, at the same time, raise the awareness of our employees, partners, clients and all our stakeholders.

UN Global Compact

Together with our employees, we are committed to being a responsible economic player on a daily basis, working together to build a better, more respectful and sustainable future for everyone.

Aware of its social, societal and economic responsibilities, Profile joined the UN Global Compact in 2010.

Every year since then, we have renewed our commitment to the Global Compact, incorporating its 10 founding principles into our strategy and actions, and pledging to promote them both internally and externally.

Member of CPRS

Nathalie Grigorieff-Godin, President of Profile, is Treasurer and a member of the Executive Board of the SCRP (the French Public Relations Consultancy Union).

The Influencer Relations Charter

Published in 2020 by the SCRP and supported by the ARPP, this initiative enhances the ethical framework governing public relations consultancy.

Structured around 5 commitments, the charter aims to enshrine best practice and principles based on advice, neutrality, integrity and transparency. It thus helps to clarify what brands can expect from their partners.

La Belle Compétition

The call for tenders is a key moment in the relationship between a company and an agency. Whatever the agency’s speciality, it involves considerable time, financial resources, ideas and expertise on both sides. It deserved that we all work together to propose a tool that would ensure that the call for tenders remains ‘the best competition’.

The ‘fair competition’ charter sets out the criteria, common to all communications consultancies, that enable agencies and advertisers to demonstrate their commitment to transparent, responsible and honest competition. These principles, and the criteria that accompany them, will serve as a guide for everyone involved, so that year after year, competition after competition, the market tends towards increasingly virtuous practices.

Cerza Conservation

In 2024, we decided to extend our sponsorship policy by joining the Cerza Conservation sponsorship programme, which is committed to protecting wild animals in their natural environments.

We are ‘Member Company Rangers’!

Cerza in Normandy is home to over 1,500 wild animals living peacefully in semi-liberty in 80 hectares of forests and valleys.

In 1992, the EAZA (European Association of Zoos and Aquariums) was created, bringing together 309 European zoos and CEPA (Conservation of Species and Populations).

The CERZA zoo supports numerous conservation projects through its Cerza Conservation association, set up in 2000. In 2008, the association was recognised as being of general interest. It is governed by the Law of 1901 and registered under the number 0143004999.
